Cetorhinus maximus, the mighty basking shark. A scientific style illustration of the second largest living shark species.

These gentle giants are the largest fish gracing our waters in the UK, and a species I have a particular affinity having spent my last two summers working with them in the Hebrides.

The original piece is in ink and watercolour, this is an archival quality print on premium quality matt 230gsm fine art paper. Printed with pigments inks this has been made with love and designed to last, showing all the detail of an original art work. 

Each print is signed by hand and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

International: Royal Mail International Standard. (delivery aim 7-10 working days). International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees which is the buyers responsibility. These vary between countries, all international orders will be posted with a customs declaration. 

PRODUCT CARE

Every care is taken to ensure your art work arrives to you in perfect condition. The art is printed on to acid free paper, which is in turn wrapped in a protective acid free and water repellent glassine paper for transport. Prints are shipped in hard backed envelopes to protect them during transportation. 

When you receive your order please open it with care, only handle your print with clean hands, and frame your print to keep it in perfect condition. 

When hanging your art work place it out of direct sunlight.

The natural world inspires so much of my work and my aim is to share my passion for the ocean and wildlife with others. I consciously select my materials and packaging to ensure they have as little impact on our planet as possible.

This item is packaged in 100% plastic free paper packaging all of which can be recycled in your household paper recycling collection.
