Refund policy
I hope that you love your new art work as much as I loved creating it! However, if for any reason you aren't happy with your order please contact me at: artbyrachelbrooks@gmail.com.
If you would like to make a return, I can only exchange or refund your item only if it is returned to me in as new condition - in this case please notify me prior and organise a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Commissioned Art Works
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Digital art or products
- Items which have been worn
- Custom made products (Includes clothing as it is made to order)
Rachel Brooks Art is only available online exclusively on my website, if you have purchased items online elsewhere claiming to be my work this is intellectually property theft, you need to contact the store from where you purchased the item.
I can't accept returns for items you have bought in physical stores, please head back to the store where you purchased the item.
Damage & Postal Issues
I put my upmost care into the packaging of my items to make sure they arrive to you in the best condition. If there has been any damage caused in transit please get in touch by the email above and provide photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the damage to the product and packaging. I need this information to claim from the postal service. In this case I will provide you with a replacement.
Where items are dispatched directly from my printing partners, this largely applies to clothing, I will need to forward any feedback to them for resolution.
Missing Items
As a small business I am unable to offer a time scale for delivery guarantee, and delivery aims are estimated only. For items dispatched by myself I use Royal Mail tracked services, I cannot consider an item as lost until the time scale in which Royal Mail will consider it so. Please note that during the festive season shipping can take significantly longer, I thank you for your patience during this time.
Undelivered Items
In the event that your order has been unclaimed from delivery or customs fees have not been paid, or incorrect address information has been provided, no replacement or refund will be offered.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received your returned item, and whether the refund can be approved. If so, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card company to process this.
Please note, that shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will be need to cover the cost of returning the item. I recommend using a service that provides you with tracking and the correct insurance amount to compensate you in the event the item is lost or damaged via transit.
